We are very proud to host an excellent line up of Live Music this winter. Some key dates to put in your diary, but watch this space, there’s more to be announced……..
June 2nd – A Right Royal Knees up playing live Steve Carlin on drums and Vocals and Sam Hyde on piano and vocals – both from Uncle Monkey, this is the last long weekend before winter really sets in so get out and make it worth while this duo is well worth catching.
June 16th – Play it Again Sam (Sam Hyde from Uncle Monkey) with his one man piano show, a very polished and accomplish musician expect all the great hits that keep you dancing all night.
July 7th – Good as Gold local, Greytown locals, Andy on vocals and guitar, Dave on piano and Vic on drums expect a lot of classic rock, and some excellent versions of mustang sally and purple rain.
July 14th – Uncle Monkey (no need for introductions), excellent musicians world famous in NZ Steve on drums and vocals, Sam on bass and Karl on guitar and vocals get here early to get in!
August 11th – The Travellers are a tight four-piece cover band that have been playing together for many years. expect Country, Celtic and Irish Rob Joass – vocals, guitars, mandolin
Hamish Graham – vocals, guitars, percussion, Jo Moir fiddle and vocals, Alan Street – vocals, bass
September 1st – The Shenanigans the one and only, probably the best Irish, Celtic band in NZ Justin on vocals and guitar, Jane on fiddle and Maurice on drums these guys will deliver a night like no other not to be missed.
Massive winter in the Top Pub – by name and by nature
